Inger is Director of Coaching and brings an enthusiastic and contagious presence during practice and tournaments. Her recent club teams have been among the best in Kansas City. Her 13s and 14s of 2009 and 2010 both finished 3rd at HOA Powerleague. The 13s team reached the Semifinals at Show-Me and then placed 19th at Nationals. As 14s the team narrowly missed qualifying for Open Division at Nationals in two qualifiers reaching the Gold Brackets in both Show-Me and Lone Star in Dallas. The 14s became the 1st Highlands Performance team to win the HOA Region Bid Tournament and had a great run in Nationals falling just short of the Gold Bracket to place 13th in the Nation. During 2011 Inger's 12 ROX team missed qualifying for Jr Nationals and headed to Orlando to play in The AAU Junior Nationals where they had an awesome experience.

Inger learned the game in Canada at a young age, eventually leading her high school team to a 2nd place finish in the All-Ontario Championships prior to enrolling at Park University on a volleyball scholarship. In her 14 years head coaching at St. Pius HS her teams had a run claiming eight straight District titles and reached the Missouri State Tournament Final Four three times. Twice her teams played the State Championship match including winning the Missouri Class 3 State Championship in 2006. She has coached a number of All-State, All-Conference, All-District and All-Metro Players with many of her players having gone on to play in college. Inger also served 3 years as head volleyball coach at University of St. Mary.
