With 8 years club volleyball coaching experience (including 13 Red Head Coach, 17 Red Ass't Coach, 12 Black Head Coach, 12 Red Head Coach, and 13 Rox Ass't Coach), LeRae emphasizes a “student of the game” approach – focusing on how individuals become a team, and teaching all fundamental skills to all players. Knowing what you do and how it fits into the game strategy is critical. She teaches consistent mechanics and movement efficiency for each skill.

LeRae played volleyball and ran track for Northeast Missouri State University. Having grown up without the benefit of club sports, she takes club participation seriously. Seeking and gathering current information to teach young athletes is a core-value. Her goal is always to develop and prepare athletes for that next level.
