Nicci has been around volleyball for 20 years between coaching and playing and the love for the game has never waned. Over those years she has coached, helped with camps, and continued playing. Nicci's coaching philosophy is that a coach is also a teacher who believes in teaching excellent fundamentals, sound volleyball skills, and helping the girls develop lifelong lessons about character, confidence, integrity, and honesty.

Nicci Buckley is the Chair of the Business Programs at Grantham University. She received her Bachelor of Science from Park University in 2004, where she attended on scholarship and play volleyball for all four years at the NAIA level. She received her MBA from Webster University and is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Business Administration at Argosy University. Nicci is also married to Fred Buckley and has one son, Charlie Buckley.
