Randy has coached both as head coach and assistant on numerous teams from 12s, 13s, 14s and 17s with Highlands Performance since launching the club in 2001.  Randy served as assistant coach with 13 Red and 14 Red in the 2009 and 2010 seasons helping to take both teams to Nationals and developing one of the strongest 14s teams in the country. 

Randy is excited watching the club bring together outstanding athletes and coaches who motivate each other to become their best.  Highlands Performance Volleyball creates a nationally competitive environment where excellent athletes benefit from elite level training and competitive opportunities helping to continue raising the level of play in Kansas City which has become among the best in the country.  Believe it!
