Rose's volleyball experience started with her daughters when they played in the parochial league in the northland.  She readily admits that when it comes to volleyball, what's most important to her is whether the girls are happy.

Rose and her husband started their own CPA and investment business 20 years ago, and today, they service well over 500 clients with a full-time staff of 3.  She has worn many hats being self-employed:  accountant, office manager, secretary, designer and general contractor just to name a few.  Besides her work with Azodi CPA & Investments and Highlands Performance Volleyball, Rose is also the treasurer of her Homeowner's Association and volunteers with Synergy Services.
