Highlands Performance Volleyball is an elite club dedicated to providing the finest club volleyball experience in the Kansas City area. We offer teams and training for girls age 7 - 18. Highlands Performance teams compete locally and across the United states showcasing our talents in both club and open level tournaments.
Randy & Inger Condit founded the club in 2001 with high aspirations and the dream to bring together excellent athletes and coaches to create a truly outstanding and unique club environment. We are blessed to have so many dedicated athletes, coaches and associates working hard to help us achieve our goals.
Our priorities have produced numerous measures of success for individuals and teams. Many of our athletes have earned individual recognition including all-conference, all-district, all-regional and all-state. Many of our girls earn a place on their high school varsity teams as 9th or 10th graders and most of our 12th graders have been recruited for college volleyball programs. Results on the court are also impressive. Since 2006, eight Highlands Performance teams have qualified for USA Volleyball Junior Nationals. Ten times our teams have made the Gold Bracket at USA Volleyball National Qualifiers and three teams have reached the Semifinals in the past 3 years . . . medaling twice. In the HOA Region Powerleague we have finished in the top three twice and six times in the top five and in 2010, we won our first HOA Region Bid Tournament.
While our athletes and teams have experienced a great deal of success, we never rest on past accomplishments. Setting new goals and expanding the range of opportunities is an ongoing process. Programs added for the 2011/2012 season include club-wide Jump and Agility Training and a dedicated Setting Trainer. We've also added another championship event to our tournament list this year - the AAU National Volleyball Championships where our teams can compete amongst the finest clubs in the country.

Highlands Performance Volleyball Club and VISTA Youth Academy are both operated under the umbrella of KC North Volleyball, LLC, established in 2004.
