1.  Paperwork

• Payment #1 is due (if a pre-committment deposit was made, the 1st payment is 1/2 of the remaining balance).
  

• The following forms must be completed, signed and turned in
  

• HOA Medical History and Release Form
  

• Parental Financial Agreement
  

• Player Code and Commitment Form
  

• Player Birth Certificate (only for players new to Highlands Performance Volleyball)
  

2.  Uniforms (sizing and jersey #'s)

• A Team Order Form will be available
  

• Team Rep should fill out the form for your whole team and turn in to Rose Brady so the order can be placed
  

• Please make sure the uniforms are put back in order for the next team

Kick off the new season at our club-wide meeting.  It's our chance to take care of several necessary details such as uniform sizing, jersey #'s, team meetings and required paperwork and payments.

• Attendance is mandatory.  If you are unable to attend, please contact Club Director, Randy Condit
  

• Arrival times are highlighted.
  

• Please arrive a few minutes early to meet your team and move through the stations with your team according to the schedule.
  

• Our Club-wide meeting is held at Highlands Gym.
