Open Gym is a chance to meet coaches, potential teammates and get a good solid workout.  It is not a tryout.

• All Open Gym participants must bring their HOA Membership Card
  

• No offers may be extended or accepted on the day of an Open Gym
  

• Our coaches and staff will serve as facilitators only, no individual or group training should be expected.
  

• Players attending Open Gym will be afforded similar playing time and information about the club
  

• Players are not to be divided into skill levels; only into general age groups.
  

• Parents are allowed to watch open gym.
  

• The cost to attend is $4.00 per player, payable at the door.
  

• Open Gyms are held at Highlands Gym..
